Refund policy

・Due to the digital nature of our products (PDF plans), all sales are final. Once the download link has been sent or accessed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. However, we will make exceptions in the following cases:

  1. Double purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same item more than once.

  2. File corruption: If the file is fatally corrupted and cannot be opened. In these cases, or if you find any errors in the file, please contact us at tinycabinwoodworks.contact@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

・Da es sich bei unseren Produkten um digitale PDF-Dateien handelt, besteht gemäß EU-Recht kein Widerrufsrecht nach Beginn des Downloads. Alle Verkäufe sind grundsätzlich endgültig. In den folgenden Ausnahmefällen bieten wir jedoch eine Lösung an:

  1. Doppelkaufer: Wenn Sie denselben Artikel versehentlich mehr als einmal gekauft haben.

  2. Dateibeschädigung: Wenn die Datei schwer beschädigt ist und nicht geöffnet werden kann. In diesen Fällen oder bei anderen Problemen kontaktieren Sie uns bitte unter tinycabinwoodworks.contact@gmail.com. Wir helfen Ihnen gerne weiter.
