Payment Period : Payment is processed immediately upon completion of the order checkout.
Delivery Time : The download link will be available immediately on the order confirmation page after the payment is completed. A download link will also be sent to your registered email address right away.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations : Due to the digital nature of our products (PDF plans), all sales are final. Once the download link has been sent or accessed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges except in cases of accidental double purchases or fatally corrupted files. In accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673, digital downloads are exempt from the right of withdrawal once performance has begun with your prior express consent.
